Entry Fees per day: $18.00 per class entered per day, same dog.
660 runs per day; 330 per judge per day Saturday and Sunday
Friday limited to Excellent only: unlimited runs (No FAST on any day) Standard and JWW on Friday. Standard, JWW, and Time 2 Beat on Saturday and Sunday.

Entry method is by First Received.
Opening date for this trial is 9:00 a.m. on March 6, 2013.
Final closing will be 4:00 p.m. on April 17, 2013.

If you Fed Ex or Express Mail your entry, you must check the ‘ no signature required ’ box, as  the secretary will not make a trip to the post office to retrieve your entry and requiring a signature may mean your entry will be delayed. Online entries available at www.r2agilityonline.com. No hand-delivered or online entries will be accepted during the first 48 hours of opening.

Move-Ups after entries close must be submitted, in writing (e-mail OK), to the Trial Secretary, by 6pm PDT, the Monday before the trial. Day to day move-ups will be allowed at this trial. Move-ups must be turned in within 30 minutes of completion of judging on Saturday.

All dogs not having a permanent height card must be measured by the judge of record at the show. If you have a permanent height card, please enclose a copy of your card with your entry form. You are still required to bring your height card with you to the show and have it available to show if requested. Any dogs without height cards will have to be measured by the judge or the rep before they can run at the trial.

Directions to the trial
From I-5 North or South. Take the Auburn exit (Highway 18) Exit onto Auburn-Black Diamond Road eastbound. Turn right immediately onto SE Green Valley Road (just past Neely Mansion). Follow for about 7.5 miles. Turn right onto 212th Avenue SE (just after the green bridge sitting on dry land on your right). Take first left just after crossing river into Argus. The arena will be straight ahead.

From I-405 Southbound. Go south on Maple Valley Highway (Highway 169), into Black Diamond. Turn right on Roberts Road (look for Coal Car) Go approximately 4 miles. Turn left onto 218th Street. At the bottom of the long hill is a stop sign. Go straight across the bridge at the Green River and take the first left into Argus Ranch driveway.

Sno-King Agility Club asks all exhibitors to treat these motels well, keep dogs quiet and crated when in rooms. Exercise dogs off motel property or in designated areas and always pick up after them.

Site Information
(Please see ARF's Web site for more information). There is no charge for day parking. Please park only in the designated area.

There are electrical hookups for RVs (water is weather permitting). Bathroom facilities including showers are also available for campers. RVs must park in the designated area only. There is also a designated area for tent campers. Fees per night: with electrical hook-up -- $22.00, without hook-up -- $10.00 per night

NOTE: RV spots must be pre-reserved. Please contact Terry Kaluza at Argus Ranch at Allpets@skynetbb.com to reserve a camping spot. Do not send in your camping reservation with your entry.

Hospitality Information
There will be coffee and breakfast items for exhibitors each morning. Lunch will be provided for workers at the trial. Non-workers may partake of the lunch after the volunteers have eaten, and are expected to make a reasonable donation. There will be no food vendors at the trial. The closest fast food is in Black Diamond, Enumclaw, or Auburn.

USDAA Trial

The club has hosted several USDAA trials in the past. However, due to lack of volunteers at the trial, the club has decided not to host any USDAA trials in the near future.
